1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time does not include shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Cost: ₹99 for orders under ₹1,500
  • FREE for orders above ₹1,500
  • Delivery to most major cities and towns

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Cost: ₹199 flat rate
  • Available for metro cities and select locations
  • Priority processing and delivery

Remote Area Shipping (7-10 Business Days)

  • Cost: ₹149 additional charge
  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas
  • Subject to courier serviceability

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

  • 1st attempt: Delivery to provided address
  • 2nd attempt: Next business day
  • 3rd attempt: Within 48 hours of 2nd attempt

If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. You may be charged a re-shipping fee for redelivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unavailability at delivery address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of order placement by contacting customer support.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Remote location accessibility
  • Public holidays or festivals

We will notify you of any significant delays.

8. Package Inspection

Upon delivery, please:

  • Inspect the package for damage
  • Refuse delivery if package appears tampered or damaged
  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • Contact us immediately if issues are found

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery date
  • Provide order number and photos (if damaged)
  • We will investigate and provide a resolution
  • Replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate

10. Multiple Items

If you order multiple items:

  • Items may be shipped separately
  • You will receive tracking for each shipment
  • Delivery dates may vary between items

11. Customs and Duties

For domestic orders within India, no customs or import duties apply. All prices include applicable GST.

12. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will contact you to verify address
  • Reshipment may incur additional charges
  • Refund (minus shipping costs) may be issued
  • Package must be claimed within 15 days
