1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Free from damage or modifications
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returnable Items:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item received
- Product not as described
- Unused products in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or modified products
- Products with missing components
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email support@voltblox.in with order number and reason for return
- Approval: Wait for return authorization (RMA) number
- Pack Item: Securely pack product with all accessories
- Ship: Send to provided return address with RMA number
- Confirmation: Receive confirmation once return is received
4. Return Shipping Costs
Our Responsibility:
We cover return shipping for:
- Defective products
- Wrong items sent
- Damaged during shipping
Customer Responsibility:
You cover return shipping for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong item ordered
- No longer needed
5. Refund Processing
Timeline:
- Return received and inspected: 2-3 business days
- Refund approved and processed: 5-7 business days
- Amount credited to account: 7-10 business days (bank dependent)
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 7-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallet payments: 3-5 business days
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition
- Items with missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after 30 days
The refund amount will be determined based on the item's condition.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective products (same model replacement)
- Wrong items sent (correct item shipped)
- Size/variant differences (subject to availability)
Exchange processing takes 7-10 business days from return receipt.
8. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos of defect
- Receive RMA number for return
- Choose between replacement or refund
We prioritize defective product returns for fastest resolution.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged:
- Do not accept delivery if package is visibly damaged
- If damage discovered after opening, contact us within 24 hours
- Provide photos of packaging and damaged product
- Immediate replacement or refund will be processed
10. Cancellations
Before Shipping:
- Full refund within 24 hours
- Contact us immediately via email or phone
- Provide order number for cancellation
After Shipping:
- Follow standard return process
- May incur return shipping charges
- Refund processed after return receipt
11. Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for:
- Defective products
- Our shipping errors
- Standard returns within 30 days
12. Warranty Claims
For products within warranty period:
- Contact us with warranty claim details
- Provide proof of purchase and defect description
- Repair, replacement, or refund as per warranty terms
- Warranty does not cover misuse or accidental damage
13. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items used or modified by customer
- Returns without RMA number
- Products returned after 30 days without valid reason
- Items not in resalable condition
14. International Orders
Currently, we only ship within India. For any future international orders, specific return and refund terms will apply.
